Getting back on my feet (literally).

So after sitting out for two weeks I am allowed to come back to work, but that means I still have a few weeks of building up strength before I can really not worry about it anymore. 

Up until now, I have done a whole lot of Fisio (I was lucky to have a real good team, I almost felt like a soccer player) and lymph drainage, a lot of arnica and I found this homeopathic pill called Traumeel (in Germany) which helped a whole lot with the swelling and the edema. 

And this is what it looks like right now.

  
From now on, I will be starting with the second part of rehab, which means a lot of strength and stabilization exercises, apart from normal partial classical training that will slowly build up to full training in a hopeful amount of two weeks…
